Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. cocoa
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
pinch of salt
3 egg yolks
1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Combine cocoa, sugar, flour and salt in a pan and stir until well blended.
Set aside.
Blend egg yolks and milk until smooth and add to cocoa mixture.
Cook over medium heat until thick, stirring constantly.
Pour into an unbaked pie shell and bake at 350\u00b0 until filling poofs up and looks dry on top and crust has browned.
