1/2 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Peel the apples and cut into small slices.
Mix the sliced apples with the sugar and cinnamon mixture.
Place into an unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
