Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked squash
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 grated carrot
1 medium onion, diced finely
1/2 bag Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing mix
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Top with 1/2 bag Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing mix.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour. If topping becomes too brown, cover with foil.
