Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. squash
    1 small onion, diced
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. shredded cheese
    1 c. crushed Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion until tender.
    Drain.
    Combine squash, onion, margarine, salt, pepper, beaten egg, milk, cheese and 1/2 cup crackers.
    Place in Pam coated casserole dish.
    Place in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Sprinkle remaining crackers on top and bake 5 more minutes.
