Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. milk
    2 c. soft bread cubes
    1 1/2 Tbsp. melted butter
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. raisins
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. lemon flavoring
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Put milk in saucepan and heat.
    Put in bread cubes and butter.
    In large bowl put sugar, salt, raisins and eggs; mix well.
    Blend all together; add lemon flavoring.
    Pour in greased baking dish.
    Place dish in pan of water.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until set.
