Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. yellow mashed squash
    1 medium onion, minced
    1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
    3/4 c. grated carrots
    1 c. scalded milk
    1/2 c. melted oleo
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb seasoned stuffing mix
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except 1/4 cup of the stuffing mix. Spoon into a lightly greased 3-quart casserole.
    Top with the remaining stuffing mix. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
