Spaghetti Balduini Rome, Italy(Serves 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. diced onion
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 clove garlic, mashed
    1 lb. ripe tomatoes, peeled and chopped
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 lb. zucchini, cut in thin strips
    1 lb. spaghetti
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    3/4 c. olive oil to fry zucchini
Preparation
    In a large frying pan, saute olive oil, onion and butter until onions are golden brown.
    Add garlic, tomatoes and salt.
    Simmer slowly for 10 minutes.
