Corn Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. diced, cooked and peeled potatoes
    1 c. diced fully cooked ham
    2 c. fresh or frozen corn
    1 c. cream-style corn
    1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
    Cook onion in butter until tender. Add all remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings (2 quarts).
