Belinda'S Crawfish Fettucine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. crawfish tails
1 medium onion, chopped fine
1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped fine
1/2 stick oleo
1 pt. half and half
8 oz. small egg noodles
1/4 c. flour
8 oz. Velveeta cheese
green onions
parsley
Preparation

Saute onion and bell pepper in oleo.
Add milk.
Keep simmering and add flour gradually.
Add cheese and crawfish.
Cook 20 to 25 minutes stirring occasionally.
Boil noodles until tender.
Add noodles to crawfish.
Season to taste.
Place in overproof dish. Top with more cheese.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
