No Peek Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef stew meat
    1 c. celery
    1 c. onions
    6 large potatoes
    3 large carrots
    1 can green beans
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. black pepper
    2 Tbsp. tapioca or cornstarch
    1 (24 oz.) can V-8 juice
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Prepare meat and vegetables.
    Cut or slice the size you like. Put
    all
    ingredients
    into
    a large pot.
    Cover with a tight lid or foil.
    Cook 4 to 6 hours at 250\u00b0 or until vegetables are tender.
