Mom'S Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    2 slices bread, soaked in milk
    1 can tomatoes, mashed
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 egg
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix altogether; shape into 2 loaves.
    Cover with foil.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Take foil off; cook 15 more minutes, until browned on top.
    Can freeze.
