Hot Potato-Celery Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bacon
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of celery soup
    1/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
    1 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 c. cubed, cooked potatoes (hot)
Preparation
    Cook bacon.
    Remove from pan and break into pieces.
    Cook onions until tender in bacon drippings.
    Blend in soup, milk, pickle relish, vinegar and bacon bits.
    Heat thoroughly.
    Pour sauce over potatoes.
    Serve hot.
    Yields 6 servings.
