Cheese Specials - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    fresh ripe tomatoes
    garlic powder
    Provolone cheese
    Italian bread or rolls
    salt
    pepper
    butter
    oregano to taste
    basil to taste
    parsley to taste
Preparation
    In a saucepan melt 1/2 stick butter.
    Slice tomatoes to desired thickness and spread out in a saucepan; sprinkle with garlic, salt, pepper and other spices, if desired.
    Turn tomatoes and sprinkle again with desired spices.
    Place several slices of cheese (Provolone) on top of sauteed tomatoes.
    When melted, put onto fresh or toasted Italian bread or rolls.
