Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 chopped green pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. oregano
    1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. rice (uncooked)
Preparation
    Fry onion, garlic, celery and green pepper in oil.
    Remove from pan and add meat.
    Cook, stirring frequently, until meat is brown.
    Add vegetables and remaining ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Pour in greased 2-quart casserole.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 6.
