Mexican Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda and salt
2 eggs, beaten
1 (No. 2) can undrained, crushed pineapple
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. evaporated milk
1 stick oleo
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Bring to a boil the milk, oleo and sugar.
Add the vanilla after taking off the stove. When cake is done and taken out of the oven, pour hot topping over cake.
