Rosemary And Garlic Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 small to medium red skinned potatoes
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 large cloves fresh garlic, chopped
    3 large sprigs fresh rosemary, leaves removed from stems, or 1 Tbsp. dried rosemary
Preparation
    Scrub potatoes; cut in half or quarter.
    Place in a covered microwave dish with 2 tablespoons water.
    Cook on High for 2 minutes to slightly soften potatoes.
    Drain.
    Pour olive oil in a nonstick baking pan big enough to hold the potatoes in one layer. Rub the potatoes in the oil to coat on all sides.
    Sprinkle with garlic and rosemary.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Bake, uncovered, in a 450\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes, turning the potatoes twice so that all sides are browned.
    Serves 4.
