No Peek Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew beef, cut into 1-inch pieces
    1 envelope dry onion soup mix
    1/2 c. red cooking wine
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (4 oz.) can whole mushrooms, drained
    1/4 c. quick cooking tapioca
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a crock-pot.
    Stir together well. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 12 hours or on High for 4 to 6 hours.
    Serve over noodles or rice.
