Ham And Cheese Pockets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen puff pastry
    Dijon style mustard
    6 oz. sliced Swiss cheese
    6 oz. baked or boiled ham
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Take 4-inch squares of pastry and spread lightly with mustard. Top half of each square with strip of cheese and ham.
    Fold pastry in half and press edges together and seal with fork.
    Place pastries about 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet.
    Brush lightly with egg.
    Pierce top of each pastry with a fork.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 18 minutes.
    Serve hot.
