Granola Snack - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. quick oats
    2 1/2 c. wheat germ
    1 c. coconut
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 c. honey
    1/3 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    nuts, raisins and dates (optional)
Preparation
    Mix together quick oats, wheat germ, coconut, cinnamon and brown sugar.
    Add the honey and mix with fingers.
    Add oil and vanilla and mix.
    Spread on an ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
