Nacho Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    1/2 c. water
    1 tomato, chopped
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    2 c. Colby cheese
    1 can refried beans
    1 bag tortilla chips
    1 pepper, chopped
    2 c. Mozzarella cheese
    sour cream
    salsa
Preparation
    Brown hamburger and drain well.
    Add refried beans and water. Mix and let simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.
    Place the tortilla chips in a 9 x 12-inch pan.
    Sprinkle the meat and bean mixture over the chips.
    Cover with cheese. Sprinkle tomato, pepper and onion over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
    Serve with sour cream and salsa.
