Broccoli-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. instant rice
1 box frozen chopped broccoli
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. water
1/2 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Cook rice and broccoli according to package directions and set aside.
Saute onions and celery in butter.
Simmer until blended. Fold in rice and broccoli.
Bake, uncovered, for 40 to 50 minutes at 325\u00b0.
