Mushroom Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. grated cheese
1/4 c. finely chopped pimiento
1/2 tsp. salt
4 oz. can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
4 c. potatoes, thinly sliced
2/3 c. cream
Preparation

Mix soup, cheese, pimiento, salt and mushroom stems and pieces.
Gradually stir in cream and potatoes.
Pour into a shallow baking dish.
Top with 1/2 cup grated cheese.
Cover and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
