Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) pkg. raspberry gelatin
1 c. hot water
1/2 c. cold water
1 can crushed pineapple
1 apple, diced
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 can whole-berry cranberry sauce
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
Add cold water.
Fold in pineapple, apple, nuts and cranberry sauce.
Pour into mold. Chill until firm.
Mix sour cream and mayonnaise; place in center of mold.
