Company Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. frozen hash browns
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
1 c. corn flakes, crushed
1/2 c. margarine
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 c. Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Saute margarine and onions in skillet.
Add to hash browns (frozen).
Mix with soup and sour cream and spread in a 9 x 13-inch buttered casserole dish.
Mix cheese and corn flakes and sprinkle over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
