Rice Mushroom Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. rice
    1 can beef consomme
    1 can French onion soup
    1 large onion
    1 stick margarine
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
Preparation
    Saute onion in margarine.
    Put in bottom of a 9 x 12-inch baking dish.
    Cover with rice evenly and then pour soups over rice. Dump mushrooms in middle.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
