Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 c. canned pumpkin
1 c. Wesson salad oil
2/3 c. water
3 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
-
Beat eggs; add sugar gradually.
Add pumpkin, water and oil and beat thoroughly.
Add dry ingredients; mix until blended. Bake in 3 loaf pans at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Freezes well.
