Cheesy Sausage Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9-inch deep pastry/pie shell
    1 lb. sausage
    4 oz. mushrooms
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 tsp. minced parsley
    1/2 tsp. minced basil leaves
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt or powder
    1 1/2 c. (3/8 lb.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. milk
    2 beaten eggs
    paprika
Preparation
    Brown sausage; drain.
    Saute mushrooms, green pepper and onion.
    Mix all ingredients; pour into unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle paprika on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serves 8.
