Marshmallow Chocolate Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 c. shortening
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 egg
    24 large marshmallows
Preparation
    Melt the chocolate morsels, water and vanilla. Sift the flour, salt and soda.
    Mix the shortening, brown sugar and egg.
    Freeze the marshmallows.
    Wrap in a tablespoon of cookie dough. Be sure to seal well. Bake 6 minutes in a 400\u00b0 oven. Allow spreading room. Remove from cookie sheet immediately.
