Corn Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (12 oz.) cans whole kernel corn, drained
3/4 c. diced cucumber (unpared)
1/4 c. diced onion
2 small tomatoes, chopped
1/4 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. celery seed
Preparation

Combine corn, cucumber, onion and tomatoes in salad bowl. Blend sour cream with mayonnaise and remaining ingredients.
Add sour cream mixture to corn mixture.
Toss to coat vegetables. Chill thoroughly.
Spoon onto lettuce.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
