1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/3 c. A.1. steak sauce
Preparation

Partially freeze a 3 pound piece of lean beef for easier slicing.
Slice thin (1/4-inch thick) in long strips.
Remove all fat as you slice (or it will taste rancid).
