Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick butter
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
    1 c. cooked rice
    2 (11 oz.) cans Green Giant Mexicorn
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion and pepper in butter.
    Add rice, corn and soup. Mix well.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
