Egg Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. butter
    4 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    pinch of salt
    2 unbaked pie crusts
Preparation
    Cream the sugar, butter and cornstarch.
    Add eggs one at a time.
    Add milk, vanilla and nutmeg.
    Mix well.
    Pour in pie shells.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes; turn oven to 325\u00b0 and bake 20 minutes longer.
