Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large cucumbers (2 1/2 lb.)
    1 clove garlic, minced fine
    1 c. sour cream
    2 tsp. white vinegar
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Peel cucumbers.
    Slice cucumbers the thickness of a dime. Place sliced cucumbers in a bowl and sprinkle with 2 teaspoons of salt and allow to stand for 30 minutes.
