Hot Seafood Salad Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. celery
    1/2 c. onion
    1 green pepper
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 can crab meat
    1 can tuna
    1 can shrimp
    1 can mushrooms
    buttered crumbs
    1/4 c. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 c. real mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    dash of pepper
    1 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Cook chopped celery, finely chopped onion and finely chopped green pepper in butter (1 tablespoon) for 15 minutes.
    In a saucepan, melt 1/4 cup butter.
    Add the flour, milk, mayonnaise, salt, Worcestershire sauce and pepper. Cook slowly until creamy, stirring constantly.
    Add the cooked vegetables, shrimp, crab, tuna and mushrooms.
    Line a buttered dish, 7 x 11-inch, with 1 cup cooked rice.
    Pour in the mixture.
    Cover with buttered crumbs. Bake for 30 minutes at 300\u00b0.
