Lemon Congealed Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 (3 oz.) lemon jello
 
2 cans small crushed pineapple
1 medium Cool Whip
2 c. Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
- 
                            Mix jello with 1 cup cold water and set aside.
 
Heat pineapple with 1/2 cup sugar and bring to a boil.
Mix with jello mixture. Chill until thickened.
Mix Cool Whip with grated cheese and mix with thickened jello and pineapple mixture.
