2 tsp. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. sugar
2 1/2 c. cold turkey, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1/2 c. coarsely diced celery
1/2 c. Tokay grapes, halved and seeded
1/2 c. mayonnaise
salad greens
8 to 10 stuffed or ripe olives, sliced
2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
