Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 c. chopped pecans
    2 c. shredded zucchini
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients; set aside. Combine eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla in a large bowl. Beat at medium speed of electric mixer until well blended. Stir in zucchini and pecans. Add dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened. Spoon batter into 3 greased and floured 1-pound coffee cans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes.
