Duck - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 duck, cleaned
    Salt and pepper
    2 c. ketchup
    1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
    2 onions
    Bay leaf, oregano, poultry seasoning, to taste
Preparation
    Salt and pepper duck.
    Put in Dutch Oven on top of stove.
    Add ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, onions, bay leaf, oregano and poultry seasoning.
    Add water to cover.
    Cook 3-1/2 hours.
    Debone. Add water if necessary.
    Cook 30 minutes longer.
