Dried Sweet Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 pt. corn, cut off cob
1/2 c. sweet cream
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. salt
Preparation

Cook on top of stove on a low heat for 20 minutes or more. Stir often as this will stick and scorch very easily.
Put in dryer; stir often as it dries.
Store in freezer if kept for any length of time.
