Beef Kabobs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. Chablis or other dry white wine
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. chili sauce
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. thyme
3/4 to 1 lb. boneless sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
16 to 18 mushroom caps
1 large green pepper, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
12 to 14 cherry tomatoes
2 small yellow squash, cut into 1-inch thick slices
Preparation

Combine first 8 ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Add meat; cover and marinate overnight in refrigerator.
Remove meat from marinade.
Alternate meat and vegetables on 4 skewers.
Place on grill and cook according to taste for steak.
