Creamy Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 medium size red potatoes (unpeeled)
1/2 c. commercial Italian salad dressing
1/2 c. sliced celery
1/3 c. sliced green onions
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. cucumber salad dressing
chopped green onion tops (optional)
Preparation

Wash potatoes and cut into 1/4-inch slices.
Cook in boiling water to cover 15 minutes or until tender.
Drain.
Combine potatoes and Italian salad dressing.
Chill.
Carefully stir celery and green onions into potato mixture.
Combine sour cream and next 2 ingredients; stir well.
Pour mixture over potatoes; toss gently. Garnish with green onion tops if desired.
