Summer Berry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. raspberries
    1 1/2 c. strawberries, sliced
    1 c. blueberries
    1 baked (9-inch) pie shell
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 pkg. (4 oz.) Jell-O (strawberry)
    1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip
Preparation
    Mix berries in large bowl.
    Pour in pie shell.
    Mix sugar and cornstarch in saucepan.
    Gradually stir in water until smooth. Stirring constantly, cook on medium heat until mixture comes to boil.
    Boil 1 minute.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in Jell-O until dissolved.
    Cool to room temperature.
    Pour over berries in pie shell.
    Refrigerate 3 hours.
    Spread Cool Whip over pie before serving.
