Sausage Gravy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. milk
1/4 lb. spicy bulk sausage
1/2 c. drippings
Preparation

Brown sausage.
Keep half of the drippings in skillet.
Add flour, salt and pepper, stirring until browned lightly.
Add milk; stir until thickened.
Turn heat off.
Add cooked sausage.
