Crab Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crabmeat
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. minced onion
    1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 slices white bread (crust removed)
    1/2 c. Miracle Whip
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    3 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    In medium size pan, melt butter and add flour.
    Slowly add milk, stirring constantly to keep smooth and free from lumps. Cook over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil and thickens.
