Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 fryer chicken, cut up, or 1 pkg. chicken breasts
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1/2 stick margarine
1 pkg. Ritz crackers
2 Tbsp. poppy seed
Preparation

Boil the chicken until done and remove meat from bones.
Cut into bite-size pieces.
Mix the chicken, sour cream, cream of chicken soup and water chestnuts.
Place in casserole dish.
Crush Ritz crackers and stir in butter and poppy seed.
Spoon cracker mixture over casserole.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
