Ingredients
    1 c. sifted flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. rolled oats (quick oats)
    1/2 c. softened butter
    1/2 c. low-fat milk
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Sift flour, sugar, baking powder and salt together.
    Mix in rolled oats.
    Cut in butter thoroughly.
    Gradually add milk, stirring until dough forms.
    Roll dough on lightly floured surface to 1/8-inch thickness.
    Place on greased (sprayed) baking sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly brown.
