Mom'S Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
3 c. grated carrots
4 eggs
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. nuts
1 to 1 1/2 c. oil
Preparation

Heat oven to 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0.
Beat eggs; add sugar and oil.
Add dry ingredients to mixture.
Add nuts and carrots.
Bake 1 hour in slow oven in lightly greased and floured pan.
