Cauliflower-Pea Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cauliflower, broken into small flowerets
    1 box frozen peas, cooked and drained
    1 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 1/4 tsp. Hidden Valley Ranch mix
    2 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine cauliflower, peas, celery and onion. Mix mayonnaise, Ranch mix and milk and pour over vegetables. Better if made a day ahead.
