Southern Indiana Pork Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 Tbsp. oleo
1 Tbsp. onion (optional)
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. catsup
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper

Preparation

Put all ingredients into saucepan.
Heat until oleo is dissolved.
Mix ingredients; brush on pork chops.
Broil over medium charcoal fire.
