Orange Pear Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can pears
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Drain pears; reserve juice. Place pear juice in a saucepan and bring to a boil; then add gelatin and stir until dissolved. Refrigerate mixture until partially set. Blend pears and cream cheese into mixture; add lemon juice, whipping cream and gelatin mixture. Blend well. Pour in mold and refrigerate until firm. Top with Cool Whip.
